Her personal experience navigating mental health challenges and personal hardships has helped her develop a deep understanding of the importance of community, access to resources, and a support system as a parent. This continues to guide her work with others.

Brittney is passionate about empowering individuals and families and strives to make a difference in her community. With more than 10 years of experience in the human services field and over five years of experience in nonprofit organizations, Brittney is known for her compassion, creativity, and willingness to help wherever she is needed.

She has experience in community outreach, client support, volunteering, volunteer coordination, administrative assistance, and mission-driven marketing. For 6 years she maintained a part-time job while being active in her community while being a stay-at-home mom.

Brittney has worked for ARISE/EFR, PPL, Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, and Oswego County Opportunities.
